The registration fee for this conference is “non-taxable”.

The Regular and Student conference fee includes:

Visa and Invitation Letter

If you require an invitation letter from ISTP33, please contact us.

* You are responsible for procedures and expenses related to obtaining your visa.
* Apply for your visa well in advance.

* If visa could not be obtained, the registration fee would not be refunded.

* Basically, invitation letter will be issued anytime to authors who will attend this conference.

   If you are not an author and need a visa to attend ISTP33, please contact us in advance.

 

Registration (on-site)

Registration will start from 15:00 on September 24th. Please be sure to check in at the registration desk. At the registration, you will receive a receipt for the registration fee, a program book and proceedings, a nameplate (tentative), etc.

In order to avoid congestion, it is better to complete the registration on the afternoon of the 24th as much as possible.

Also, the registration will be held on the 2nd floor on the 25th AM, but on other dates it will be held on the 3rd floor of the hall.
